Capturing the ‘Spirit of the Aegean’, an area rich in world history, the pinacle goal of branding AMMOS was to create a product which looked like it had been around forever. Along with designing a bespoke ceramic bottle and championing a cobalt blue in simplified graphic icons, the use of linen table cloths, artisan ceramics and local ingredients marries the brand with classic greek semiotics.

Graphic identity for a short film in which a young musician comes to terms with a seismic change in her life. With a story so intimate around the main character, the graphics needed to reflect the visual language that existed in her close bubble of a life. Therefore a tattered classical music book for the starting point for this project – an elegant wordmark, credits like labels on a music sheet and distressed paper textures over photography.
   (There are two title options included below as the client opted for an alternative hand-written font)

A video series documenting sustainable growing and sourcing by telling stories of stories of the people behind our food. The graphic identity forms around a splodge of spillage on a chefs ticket; championing the organic themes of the film series, whilst making use of a visual language that’s already recognisable in the food industry.

Lifestyle shots against a university campus backdrop for the Dr. Martens freshers campaign. Modeling a small selection of DM’s icon products, the project features store ambassadors to promote an honest, candid feel. Mid-season styling grounds the scene in autumn’s beginning of term weather, along with the rich dark oranges and deeps blue tones brought out in the edit. The photography is accompanied by a simple graphic identity that nods towards the red and yellow sale stickers often found in thrift shops and vintage clothing stores.
